This health insurance policy:

The policy is available in three variations, with the most expensive plan, the Diamond plan, costing $248 per month. The Diamond plan pays you $1,000 per day while hospitalized, for up to 100 days per year, an additional $1,000 per day while in intensive care for up to five days per year, and 100% of Medicare's allowance to a surgeon per incident (unlimited incidents). It also pays anesthesia benefits (unlimited incidents). Benefits are the same whether inpatient or outpatient. A $5,000 accident benefit is included, as is a $5,000 life insurance benefit. Limited doctor office visits and lab testing and x-rays are also included benefits.

You must be working at least 15 hours weekly to qualify for this plan. If you do NOT work at least 15 hours weekly, see this plan instead. No job is required, but there are a FEW medical questions asked before a policy will be issued.
AIM also has a high quality, high-deductible Major Medical Plan, called AssetProtector Plus, that provides $2,000,000 in lifetime benefits.
